When takes the mystery out of sheet masks

Sheet masks are one of the greatest beauty inventions of the past few years.  They are easy to apply, remove and can be used anywhere. But choosing the right mask can be hard, until now!  A new company called When, is taking the guesswork out of the sheet mask industry.

Each mask is titled with a short description that tells you when to use the mask. For instance, Travelmate is for use after a long car or airplane flight to restore moisture to the skin; Glamour Base is for use before you get ready for a big event and 10:00 P.M. is for use before you go to bed.

I tried The Last Choice Mask, an intensive repair mask made with saccharide isomerate and hyaluronic acid that can hold up to 100 times its own weight in water. The masks are made of a bio-cellulose material that almost feels like plastic.

It adheres to your face a lot better than the typical tissue mask, delivering more of the skin nourishing ingredients into the skin. I left it on for about 30 minutes and my skin felt like I just had a facial. Not bad for a $7 investment!

You can find “When” masks at ULTA, Sephora and Amazon.
