I am always looking for alternatives to my favorite hgh boosting supplement, SeroVital. This powder by Optimum Nutrition is equivalent to half of the effective ingredients the BCAA or Branched Chain Amino Acids. It contains a mix of amino acids and 160 mg of caffeine from natural sources (see below).
You mix it with water and can consume it once daily or prior to workouts. It is formulated to give you more energy, improve focus and help you recover faster from workouts.
I used it for a couple of weeks and I liked the fact that it helped me workout longer without feeling as tired. As for building more muscle, I’m not sure if it made a difference. It can make your heart race a little if you are sensitive to caffeine. I had to STOP using it because something in it messed up my digestive system (I won’t give you the gory details). I was dairy free and I had to go back to eating probiotic yogurt to get back to normal.
So suffice to say, I won’t be consuming this anymore. I wouldn’t discourage others from trying it. It comes in 16 flavors and is priced at about $19 for 30 servings and $35 for a 65 serving container. You can find it online at Amazon (I may get a commission from this link), Allstar Health and many other health stores.
Serovital (AKA Serovital-hgh) is now available at everyone’s favorite e-tailer, Amazon.com. I tried this product when it first came out and love it (see my review here). It has been kind of hard to buy – only available at ULTA, Costco and the brand site. Now you can buy it through the Serovital company via Amazon (I may get a commission if you use this link)for $122.48 including shipping for a 40 day supply. A 30 day supply is $99 at retailers and the website. I am going to try to use Alexa to buy it next time!
You’re throwing back some of the last morsels from New Year’s Eve, the diet and gym commercials are in full swing and you’re already mentally cataloging your diet for the next month. One of the best ways to help your body off the rails is by taking a supplement. My favorite of all time is SeroVital, a combination of amino acids that helps you shed fat, increase muscle and reduce wrinkles (Yay!). It doesn’t have Hgh in it, but the amino acid blend helps boost your own natural hgh levels. The only negative is the price – $99 for a 30 day supply. Costco members can get a 40 day supply for $99 and you occasionally catch it on sale at ULTA. Kohl’s also carries it- coupons don’t work but you can earn Kohl’s cash.
But I have a workaround – a similar product called Ageless Foundation UltraMax Gold Powder (I may get a commission from this link). You dissolve it in a glass of water and take it before bed, five days on, two days off. It costs a lot less than SeroVital, around $50 a month. My review is right here. Right now the best price on a 30 day supply of Ageless Foundation Powder is at AllStarHealth.com (affiliate link), $35.99 plus $5.95 for shipping. Go for the basic shipping – I usually get in within a couple days whether I’m in Las Vegas or Maryland.
New year means a new you. After you hit the makeup aisle and pick up the latest and greatest in beauty, make sure you step a couple of aisles down to the vitamins and supplements. Products targeting skin issues, nails, hair and youth regeneration have been moving from the vitamin stores to beauty retailers like Sephora, ULTA and Nordstrom. In addition to making you feel good, many of these products
Murad Pure Skin Clarifying Dietary Supplement
This supplement for acne prone skin has been getting rave reviews by users suffering from acne. The formulation includes vitamin A to boost cell turnover, zinc to reduce inflammation and Yellow Dock and Burdock; elements that help the body fight blemish causing toxins. Get at ULTA, Sephora and murad.com. It retails around $43 for a 30 day supply.
HGH is a big buzzword when it comes to strength and vitality. But what can it do for your skin? This powder based supplement by Ageless Foundation works to help your body boost its own HGH levels making your body operate more like it did when you were younger. One of the benefits includes tighter, younger skin. This and a similar, pricier product called SeroVital HGH have a list of loyal followers (including me).
NeoCell Beauty Bursts
Beauty Bursts are a soft, daily chewable that help your skin, hair and nails. Collagen Type 1 & Type 3 strengthens, Vitamin C boosts collagen in the skin and beefy hyaluronic acid helps hydrate and plump the skin. Hyaluronic acid is a very popular skin treatment additive and is the main ingredient in injectables like Restylane. I noticed a difference is my skin after only a few days of use. My skin was tighter, smoother and the ridges on my nails began to smooth out. You can find this and other NeoCell products at vitamin and retail stores. Pick up a coupon online or in-store to get $3 off NeoCell products at Whole Foods!
One of my favorite products for enhancing youth and energy is SeroVital. Unfortunately, at around $100 a month it costs too much to use monthly. I am always on the lookout for products with formulations that are similar to Serovital and I have recently tried out two new ones.
HGH Surge Ingredients
HGH vs. Ageless Foundation Ultramax Gold
HGH Surge is a hgh booster by Source Naturals. It is in pill form and to actually get the same formulation you have to take 10 pills a day – and those pills are huge. The cost is about the same ($45) as my standby favorite, Ageless Foundation. It didn’t work the same as AF, it gave me bad acne and just seemed to make me “bigger”. I think this product would work better for men than women.
Pro-GH hgh booster
Pro-GH by Now Sports is a powder based supplement that has a similar composition to Ageless Foundation Ultra-Max. Dosage is one scoop and this container will last you about a month. It has a slight berry flavor but it very chalky and takes forever to dissolve in water. In that aspect I much prefer the Ageless Foundation powder. Now if you want to save money, Pro-GH will run you about $21 vs. $40 for Ageless Foundation or $99 for SeroVital hgh. Pro-GH was much better than the HGH Surge.
